Mr. Chang has franchise experience on both sides as the franchisor and franchisee with Cold Stone Creamery. He is effective in strategy, goals, fundraising, plan development and execution while being bottom-line focused. Mr. Chang has his Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing/Management from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA. In 2006, he received his accreditation as an Associate from the
Institute for Independent Business and is currently on the Board of Directors for the Golden Gate Opera.
